Where can I download NetLynk PH?
On the Apple App Store (iPhone & iPad, iOS 15+) and Google Play (Android 9+). The app is free to install — you sign in or create your ISP workspace in under a minute.
Is it a real native app or just a webview?
100% native. Built with Swift on iOS and Kotlin on Android, so you get Face ID / fingerprint sign-in, push notifications, home-screen widgets, Siri shortcuts, and offline mode.
Do I need to replace my MikroTik routers?
No. The app talks to your existing RouterOS v6 and v7 devices using the native API over your own VPN or public IP. If you can ping it, the app can provision it.
Is there an app for my subscribers too?
Yes — a separate, white-label subscriber app (your name, your logo, your colors) on iOS and Android. They can pay, speed-test, and log tickets without ever calling your hotline.
